Merry and Bright Christmas Lights provides professional holiday and Christmas light design, installation, maintenance, and removal services for residential and commercial properties. All service agreements are subject to these Terms and to the details listed in your written quote or agreement.
Payment terms, including any deposit required to reserve your installation date, are stated in your written quote. Unless other arrangements have been made in writing, the balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of maintenance services and may be subject to late fees as permitted by law. For multi-year or recurring service agreements, payment will be processed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made before materials have been ordered or custom-cut for your property; after that point, deposits may be non-refundable. For recurring or multi-year agreements, cancellation requires written notice before the next scheduled season.

Merry and Bright Christmas Lights has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
